We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team and help bring our visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, including logistics, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure event goals and expectations are met.
- Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
- Create and manage event schedules, timelines, and checklists to ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle on-site event coordination, including overseeing staff, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage attendee registration, invitations, and communication before, during, and after the event.
- Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring costs stay within the allocated amount.
- Collect feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate event success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, especially during high-stress events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Experience managing event budgets and understanding financial aspects of event planning.
- Ability to travel to event locations as needed and work evenings or weekends depending on event schedules.
