Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media trends and stay ahead of the curve on industry updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business goals and promotions.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to gauge performance and optimize strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with our online community.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns from creation to execution and reporting.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation (familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, etc. is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
