We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team. If you have a knack for storytelling, a love for social platforms, and want to shape our online presence, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor social media trends and stay ahead of the curve on industry updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business goals and promotions.
  • Analyze and report on social media metrics to gauge performance and optimize strategies.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with our online community.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns from creation to execution and reporting.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation (familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, etc. is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with different audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
